To put this into context, let’s imagine you decide to place two EV chargers on your property. Pre-2023, you’d have been eligible for up to $9,000 in tax credits. Post-2023, you’ll be eligible for up to $60,000 in tax credits, which definitely helps incentivize business owners in non-urban or low-income areas to invest in an EV charging station.
How Can I Monetize an EV Charger?
There are several different ways you can make your EV charger investment work for you. If you own an apartment community, we suggest rolling the cost into your rental rates.
